The pin headers are already professionally soldered – the Teensy 3.2 is immediately ready for use on a breadboard or in a socket. Ideal for quick prototyping, experiments and applications where the board needs to be installed and removed regularly. For direct integration on a custom board, the version without header (DV0060a) is the more compact choice.

Is the Teensy 3.2 Arduino-compatible?

Yes. With the free Teensyduino add-on for the Arduino IDE, most Arduino libraries can be used directly. The Teensy runs on a more powerful ARM Cortex-M4 processor with more RAM and significantly higher clock speed than typical Arduino boards.

Can I use the Teensy 3.2 for DMX projects?
