Frequently Asked Questions
TM30 measures colour rendering more precisely than CRI. Rg (Gamut Index) above 100 means that this LED reproduces colours slightly more saturated than the reference light source – skin tones and natural tones therefore appear slightly more vivid on camera. Rf 96.6 simultaneously indicates high precision in colour rendering. This combination is ideal for film lighting.
Both are 3030 chips at 1 W. The A30007 (2800K) has significantly higher colour quality: CRI 97 vs. 95, TLCI 99 vs. unspecified, and 100 lm vs. 76 lm. For professional film productions, A30007 is the superior choice.
In GKORE COB modules for warm white channels as well as on request in custom-populated modules, e.g. COB9 2600K or similar cine modules.
