Frequently Asked Questions
The human eye is most sensitive in the green range (~555 nm). Green LEDs at 525 nm are close to this maximum and therefore achieve the highest lumen values for the same radiant power. This is why green LEDs in RGB systems often need to be dimmed to achieve a balanced colour mix.
