When no colour temperature mixing is required, but a fixed warm artificial light, this variant is simpler and more cost-effective. Ideal for fixtures with a clearly defined character such as classic oil lamp props.

What is the advantage of 2 channels in a single-colour version?

Two channels enable independent dimming – ideal for flicker and candle effects, where both channels with slightly offset PWM signals create an organic flicker. With the FX2 nano 2 (CT0033) this works immediately using the built-in candle flicker effect.

Can I combine this module with other BAR2x3 variants?

Yes. The board size is identical across all BAR2x3 modules – different variants can be combined in the same fixture.

Is there a 5V version of this module?

As a single-colour 2600K version with 5V not directly, but as a CCT variant: BAR2x3CCT 5V (A60001-5CCT-HO).
